JANA BREWER, CRNA

Jana was born in New Orleans, Louisiana but has called Louisville home since she was 3 years old. She graduated valedictorian of her class at DuPont Manual High School and went on to study nursing at the University of Louisville where she finished in the top 10% of her class. She spent some of her most rewarding years in the Trauma ICU at the University of Louisville and went on to complete her Masters of Nursing in Anesthesia at the University of Cincinnati and has been a practicing CRNA ever since!
She met her forever love, Josh, in 2013 and were married in 2015 to make a blended family of 6. In 2018, Josh and Jana had Charlie Kate and their family has been complete ever since. In all, she has Grace (17), Kyan (16), Isabelle (14), Lily (11), and Charlie Kate (almost 4!). She jokes that her house is a circus at any given moment but with 2 Great Danes and 5 kids, you never know what kind of chaos has erupted…and she loves every second of it.

KRISTEN MORGAN, APRN
Kristen obtained her BSN in 2006 and worked as a RN until 2012 when she became a board certified family nurse practitioner and has been practicing as an APRN for over 9 years in various clinical settings.
In her free time she enjoys being active, riding her Peloton, cheering on the KY Wildcats, and spending time at the lake with her family and friends. She and her husband have 2 kiddos (Mollie 5 & Graham 8)
JESS DUFFY, APRN
Jess received her BSN from Bellarmine University and her Doctorate from University of Louisville. Aside from being a cosmetic injector, she is also a Neurosurgery Nurse Practitioner.
She absolutely loves helping people look and feel their best from the outside in. She’s passionate about educating her clients and collaborating as a team to achieve aesthetic goals. She loves the constant learning that’s involved and all the fun she gets to have with her clients!
HANNAH STEARNS, APRN
Hannah Stearns is a Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing at Bellarmine University. She is a Louisville native where she lives with her husband and two fur children

LAURYN LEE, RN, BSN
Lauryn was born and raised in Louisville, KY. She earned her Bachelors degree at The University of Louisville Nursing School. She has 11 years of experience in the medical field; 10 years in critical care. She worked as a Registered Nurse in the Adult Intensive Care Unit and Post Anesthesia Care Unit recovering patients after surgery.
Lauryn’s passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful led her to become certified as an Aesthetic Injector.
Continued education is a huge priority for Lauryn. She strives to deliver quality and safe care in her aesthetic practice.
Her goal is for her clients to always have a positive experience when in her chair. Negative self talk is not allowed ;)

EMILY HEIBERT, RN, MSN
Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville in 2007 (with Jana :)) and her Master of Science in Nursing Education from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2014. She has served in Nursing education at several local Universities since 2010.
She has 2 children; Addison (11) and Jaxson (7).
ASHLEY ANDRIAKOS, LE
Ashley graduated from Hair Design school and has been an esthetician for 15 years, and a NANOblading artist for 4.5 years. She is a mother and absolutely loves making each client feel special and confident during their visit.
VIRGINIA BOONE, LE
Virginia has been a licensed aesthetician since 2010, receiving her training at PJ’s College of Cosmetology. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, in 2015, she moved to Denver, Colorado where she received her masters in paramedical education from Colorado Advanced Aesthetics and worked as a consultant and laser technician specializing in tattoo removal. In fall 2023, she will begin furthering her education in nursing school where she will receive her RN and eventually become an injector. She is thrilled to join the XO team and use her range of knowledge and compassion to educate and treat clients. She specializes in thorough consultations, advanced facials, skin tightening and body contouring, and overall wellness.
