Booking & Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth scheduling and respectful use of our providers’ time, we kindly ask all clients to review and acknowledge the following policies:

If you need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours before your appointment. Changes made within 24 hours are considered a late cancellation and will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.

We absolutely understand that unexpected things happen. If you’re unable to meet these requirements, please call or text us immediately at 323-929-5874 so we can assist.

In the case of canceling an existing membership, we ask that written notice be given 30 days in advance of cancellation. You can email this request to xoaestheticrefinery@gmail.com.
